Accuracy of information
We have made every effort to ensure that the information contained within this website is as accurate as possible. Please note that colours displayed will depend upon the settings of your computer and monitor and it is therefore impossible to guarantee that the colour your monitor displays will accurately represent the colour of the product ordered. Similarly, sizes between manufacturers may vary. A size chart is provided as a guide only. This chart shows the standard measurements for British ladies dress sizes.
 
Pricing Information
Please note that all prices are correct at the time of publication. We do try to maintain prices but it is sometimes necessary to increase or decrease prices. The price paid at the time of checkout is final and will not be amended.
 
Delivery
Please allow up to 30 days for delivery, many items will be shipped in a shorter time. Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery. When you item has been despatched we will contact you via email with a tracking number.
 
Availability
If an item is ordered which is unavailable or will take longer than the standard 30 day delivery time we will contact you as soon as possible via email.
 
Data Protection
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing and delivery address. Your payment card information is collected by WorldPay on their secure site. For further information on WorldPay’s security policy please see their webite, www.worldpay.co.uk. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We may also monitor use of the site by customers to enable us to improve the service we provide. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
 
Payment Methods
All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling. Payment can be made via Switch, Solo, JCB, Visa, Mastercard or Electron.
 
Cancellation
You can cancel your order or any part of your order at any stage subject to a charge of 5% per item. All cancellations must be received in writing by email. Cancel here....
 
Returns Management Authorisation (RMA) Number
We take a great pride in the items we select to sell on our website. However if you are dissatisfied with a product we will assist you in obtaining a prompt refund.

All returns are subject to a 5% administration charge per item.

If you wish to return an item which you have received you must first obtain a returns authorisation number. This can be obtained by emailing your request to returns@theperfectdress.co.uk. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

You will be sent a returns number which must be clearly displayed on the outer packaging of the item to be returned. All items must be returned in their original condition, ie. Clean, intact and with all tags still attached and in the original packaging in which it was sent. Authorised items must be returned within 7 days of receiving a returns number.

Items sent outside this time period will be refused and sent back.
Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and returned to you without a refund.

Garments which have deodorant stains or odours will not be accepted.

The safe return of the product is the responibility of the customer, therefore we recommend using a service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery for returning the item. Upon safe receipt of the dress a refund will be processed.

Delivery charges for the item will not be reimbursed and that the cost of delivery for return is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment.

If a replacement item is ordered and then subsequently returned a £35.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that we will not accept any refunds on multiple orders. We suggest that where you may wish to order more than one dress that you simply order one dress at a time so that you are able to return it if necessary.

Items purchased from our Sale section are not refundable or returnable.

Returns numbers will not be issued for any Jewellery items.
 
Customers outside the UK
We would be happy to quote for delivery for customers outside the UK. Please contact us for further details by emailing sales@theperfectdress.co.uk.
 
Damage to merchandise
We recommend you inspect your package for damage before accepting it. If your package appears to have incurred damage in shipping you would be advised not to accept the parcel. If you have already received the package and then notice the damage, make sure that you keep the packaging and contact us to report the damage and request a returns authorisation number. This can be done by contacting us at returns@theperfectdress.co.uk.
